Becoming A New Mother, Laura Theux Learns A Lot From Family And Books

JAKARTA - Actress Laura Theux shared her personal experience in carrying out her role as a mother. Laura honestly admitted that she did not have a special role model in terms of parenting, but learned from those closest to her and trusted sources of reading.

"Honestly, I don't have a role model (about parenting), I prefer to see my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law, my sister-in-law who happens to be 3 years old, so it's a bit pretty similar to the timeline, isn't that far. So I asked him," said Laura Theux quoted from Instagram @rumpi_ttv, Tuesday, May 27.

Apart from learning from her family, Laura also found great help from a book she reads. The book provides many answers to small questions that often arise in the minds of young mothers, but it is difficult to answer with certainty.

"Then I was given the book One Year Old, the contents were complete, Sis, like all small questions that weren't important, which we thought we should ask who was it?" he said.

Laura gave an example of one of the questions that often arise from her mothers, including herself.

"For example, 'why don't my child want to eat?', that's a question like no one can actually answer, even if you ask a doctor too, 'have you tried this, have you tried eating this?'," he continued.

The book he read turned out to provide very useful guidance and matches the condition of his child. This made Laura use of the book as the main reference in parenting.

"The book explains everything, it's like, maybe the step has to be like this, the routine has to be like this, and all kinds of things. And I'm really stuck with the book. And it happens to match my son," concluded Laura.
