JAKARTA - The art exhibition commemorating a century of work by influential artist Walter Spies entitled "ROOTS" presents reflections on various challenges that all parties need to address as a result of tourism that is growing rapidly in Bali.

"I am proud that this exhibition, which involves many fine artists, dance, music and literature, can be presented in Bali and has the support of various parties," said exhibition initiator Michael Schindhelm in Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali, Sunday.

The art exhibition was displayed at the Arma Museum, Ubud, which is planned to open until June 14, 2025.

A number of artworks were exhibited in a number of rooms presenting paintings, posters, and installations by artists Made Bayak and Gus Dark, as well as a special room for the documentary film by Micahel Schindhelm.
