The following is a synopsis of the Chinese drama Into the Heat:

Into the Heat tells the story of Liu Zi Ming (Ou Hao) who has a desire to fight crime and achieve his dream of becoming a police officer.

When he was young, Liu Zi Ming joined the Criminal Investigation Detachment of the Criminal Security Bureau with enthusiasm. However, boring and unattractive investigative work bores him.

However, under the guidance of his superiors, he slowly improved his attitude and worked closely with his colleagues to solve the case.

Along with his experience and advantages in his work, Liu Zi Ming has a good understanding of human nature.

When he became a Captain, he was truly aware of the great responsibility of a criminal police officer. This is all thanks to the full guidance of his superiors, the trust of his brother in arms, and changes in his family and marriage.
