Still Complemented, Case Files Allegedly Extortion Of Nikita Mirzani Immediately Sent To The Prosecutor's Office

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya officially extended the detention period for NM alias Nikita Mirzani in the case of alleged threats and extortion of cosmetic entrepreneur Reza Gladys.

"So starting today, May 2, 2025, against the two suspects, the detention will be continued in the next 30 days. In the investigation process at the Directorate of Cyber Investigation, Borda Metro Jaya," said Kombes Pol Ade Ary.

He also explained that currently investigators are still in the stage of completing the case file in accordance with the instructions from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) as stated in the P19 letter.

"Then, at this time the investigator continues to carry out or complete the case file based on instructions from the Public Prosecutor in his P19 letter, then investigators from the Cyber Investigation Directorate next week will send back the case file," he continued.

Ade Ary emphasized that the legal process stages had been carried out according to procedures, including sending initial case files to the South Jakarta District Attorney.

"Yes, so we need to explain that in stage 1, the initial stage, investigators sent a former case to the Public Prosecutor at the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, then there was a letter from the Public Prosecutor that there were several things that had to be completed by investigators, there was a P18 letter and detailed instructions in P19," he explained.

He added, after the complete process of completing the file is complete, the file will be sent back to the prosecutor as a continuation of the investigation stage.

"Then it will be completed next week after the completion process, the investigator will send the case file back to the prosecutor. That's the stage," he concluded.
