Allah SWR said in QS. Al Baqarah verse 187, "It is lawful for you on the night of the fasting month to mix with your wives, they are your clothes, and you are their clothes".

Communication with partners

During the month of Ramadan, you and your partner cannot freely choose the time for sex the same as the usual month. You are allowed to have intercourse from the time of breaking the fast until before dawn. For that, communicate with your partner regarding the timing of sex. If you have agreed, then you can prepare yourself.

Take care of your body condition

After agreeing about the time of sex, now you and your partner must confirm the condition of each other first. Are you in prime condition to make love or not. The reason is that fasting for approximately 12 hours certainly has little effect on the state of body fitness. Therefore, prepare the best possible stamina before making love so you don't get tired easily while spending time in bed.

Avoid consuming excess food

If you are planning to make love with your partner, try to eat enough when breaking your fast. The reason is that when you eat excessive food it can cause drowsiness. This of course does not want to happen because it could be the cause of the failure to make love with your partner.
