Will Smith Reveals Hancock 2 In Plan, Wants To Invite Zendaya

JAKARTA - Will Smith revealed the sequel to Hancock' film is in production. He explained the plan in a live broadcast on Twitch and answered some fan questions.

"There's an idea Hancock 2 is really cool. We haven't talked about it yet," Will Smith said in the broadcast.

It didn't stop there, Smith also leaked other names invited to this project. Zendaya became the name mentioned in the broadcast.

"I will give you one more piece of information. Zendaya is being approached for a role in Hancock 2," he said again.

Zendaya has not responded to Will Smith's statement. However, if he accepts it, this film will be his latest project after The Odyssey and The Drama.

Hancock is a superhero film that aired in 2008 and directed by Peter Berg. This film was written based on the scripts Vince Gilligan and Vy Vincent Ngo.

Hancock tells of his main character, played by Will Smith, who has amnesia, an alcoholic who tries to remember his past. The film also stars Charlize Theron, Jason Bateman, and Eddie Marsan.

The issue of the sequel to this film has been growing a year since the first film was released. In 2020, Charlize Theron also learned of Hancock 2's plans.
