JAKARTA - Disney released the first teaser for the film Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings on Monday, April 19.
As Marvel's first Asian superhero, this teaser features Shang-Chi's various actions against the villains. Shang-Chi tries to escape her party life and turns into a fight.
Simu Liu, who plays Shang-Chi, completes a Ten Rings organization. Apart from Liu, this film stars Tony Leung, Awkwafina, Michelle Yeoh, Fala Chen, Meng'er Zhang, Florian Munteanu, and Ronny Chieng.
Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings was directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and produced by Kevin Feige and Jonathan Schwarts.
The production of the Shang-Chi film was delayed in March 2020 because Cretton had isolated himself and just welcomed his newborn son. After testing negative, production resumed in Australia in July 2020.
