Nikita Mirzani Says Vadel Witnesses From Overseas Have No Relevance With The Report

JAKARTA - Nikita Mirzani through her attorney, Fahmi Bachmid tried to respond regarding one of the witnesses proposed by Vadel Badjideh.

The witness is JF alias Mama E and her child. Fahmi said that the witness who was brought in had no relevance with the time span in his client's report.

"It happened in Jakarta starting in March, there is no relevance, but if you are told to go to Indonesia it is legal," said Fahmi Bachmid in the Ragunan area, South Jakarta, Monday, October 28.

"There is no relevance, the crime that is the witness is the one who sees and knows of a criminal incident," he continued.

Furthermore, Fahmi again reminded that the time span reported by Nikita Mirzani was May, the second week.

"Maybe someone remembers what happened in May, I only conveyed that there were many incidents, but try to focus on the second week of May, try asking what happened," asked Fahmi Bachmid.

That way Fahmi hopes that the party realizes that Nikita already has enough evidence for the report he sent.

"Who knows he's more aware I have enough evidence to avoid it, I think it's impossible for me to talk according to data and facts," he said.
