Andrew Andika Arrested For Drugs, Tengku Dewi's Divorce Lawsuit Continues

JAKARTA - Tengku Dewi's attorney, Minola Sebayang, confirmed that his client was still processing the divorce suit against her husband, Andrew Andika, in the midst of a case of alleged drug abuse.

"After I confirm, this will not stop his intention. So still the divorce suit against Andrew will continue until the process has permanent legal force," said Minola Sebayang in a video received by reporters, Monday, September 30.

However, it is undeniable that Andrew's status, who is currently being detained by the West Jakarta Metro Police, will affect his livelihood for his children.

"Even if it's a divorce, this talks about the father of his children. The father of his children must also be responsible for the cost of living for their children," he said.

Seeing this, Minola said it was possible that Tengku Dewi had tried to help Andrew Andika by sending a lawyer to accompany him.

"If Dewi has good intentions to provide assistance, I think it's legal. It's just that I reaction to Andrew whether he wants to receive the legal team assistance sent by Tengku Dewi or not. So I still make sure and we can't confirm much about this," he explained again.

As is known, the divorce lawsuit of Andrew Andika and Tengku Dewi has actually taken place. But at that time, Tengku Dewi had to postpone the reason she was still pregnant.

After giving birth, Tengku Dewi immediately filed for divorce again at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java.
