Dennis Lyla Cheating, Thalita Latief Sues For Divorce To Fight For Children's Rights

JAKARTA - The households of Thalita Latief and Dennis Rizky alias Dennis Lyla are on the verge of divorce. Thalita Latief filed a divorce application to Dennis Rizky at the Central Jakarta Religious Court on March 22, 2021. The lawsuit is registered with case number 54 / pdt.g / 2021 / PA.JP.

Thalita openly shared her reasons for suing her husband for divorce. When asked about the truth of the news about her husband's affair, she did not deny it. He called Dennis cheating.

"The suspicion that there are (other women) is correct. I can't say how, but many people gave information about what you asked about. But it's true," said Thalita Latief after undergoing a divorce trial at the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Thursday, 1 April.

Thalita Latief hopes that her divorce from Dennis Rizky can be completed soon. She did not want to indulge further about the affair committed by her husband. "I have to protect my child's privacy," he said.

The first trial with the agenda of examining the files of Thalita Latif and Dennis Lyla was very short because Dennis was not present at the trial. Accompanied by lawyer Maruli Tampubolon, Thalita filed for divorce as well as child custody.

"In our client's lawsuit, in addition to filing for divorce, he also asked for child custody. That's all. That's all, the business of hessian property isn't yet," said Maruli Tampubolon.

Thalita Latief will fight for custody of her child. "About my child will fight for it," he said.
