Collaborating With DRP, JF3 Holds The 20th Fashion Show In Tangerang

TANGERANG - Jakarta Fashion and Food Festival aka JF3 will hold the largest influential model festival in Indonesia. This time, collaborating with DRP Paris, which is to present DRP Jakarta.

Soegianto Nagaria, Chairman of JF3, said that this big event will take place from July 26 to August 4, 2024.

"DRP Jakarta is an urban and street culture cultural festival from France, which will last for 10 days," Soegianto said in his statement, Saturday, July 27.

This time, JF3's dream is to bring a local Indonesian brand that can penetrate the global market. However, because it has limited access and capital to be able to carry out exhibitions abroad.

"So this time JF3 took the initiative to bring global-scale events to Indonesia, with the hope that it could open up opportunities for more local brands to participate in the international stage. DPR Jakarta will emphasize that industry and trend mode are no longer narrowed by geographical boundaries," he said.

He assessed that creativity between countries would interact and provide mutual benefits. So that the Indonesian public is not only introduced as an international fashion brand that is currently popular among young people.

"But also many Indonesian local brands will be known by global fashion actors and observers," he said

JF3 Advisor, Thresia Mareta explained that this event, not only fashion shows, but there are also various performances and activities that stimulate adrenaline.

"Like a streetball demonstration freestyle filled with professionals and skills 1 on 1 or 2 on 2 with celebrities, as well as sessions with the streetball community," he said

DPR Jakarta also presents skateboarding communities, and organizes various activities such as Talkshow, Free Skating, Public Skate Session, Game of Skate, Board Painting, Fashion Show with feature skaters, Vert Ramp Demo, and Park Demo Session from experienced skaters who are ready to amaze visitors including the presence of international medal-winning skateboarders.
