JAKARTA - A study has consistently shown that regular physical activity is essential to children's health, contributing to improving heart health, stronger muscles, improving better coordination and mental health.

In commemoration of National Children's Day, Denada Tambunan, actress, singer, and brand ambassador Zumba for Indonesia, collaborated with Allegra School, to hold a special Zumba Kids class at Playparq Kemang, Jakarta.

The event aims to promote the importance of physical activity for children, highlighting the various benefits of exercise for their physical and mental development.

Having emotional closeness to Zumba's sport, Denada considers the moment ofzumba's introduction to children is a valuable moment for Denada.

I am very happy to be able to introduce and teach Zumba Kids to the children at Allegra School. Seeing the smiles and joy of those who took classes today made me very happy, even though this is the first time they have studied Zumba, it turns out that their enthusiasm is extraordinary," Denada said as quoted by VOI from a media broadcast, Thursday, July 24.

"Zumba has had a huge impact in my life, sharing it at the moment of National Children's Day means a lot to me, especially as a mother who also teaches Zumba Kids to my own child," he explained.

In this class, Denada was also accompanied by Zumba Education Specialist (ZESTM) Sulies, who also added to the joy of the atmosphere on Playparq.

I am very happy to see the children from Allegra School dance while exercising together this sunny morning. They look very cheerful, especially during the game session," explained Sulies.

"National Children's Day is an important momentum to celebrate and appreciate children's rights, including the right to play, be happy, and also get a healthy life," he added.
