CL, Tablo, And A Line Of K-pop Artists Support #StopAsianHate Campaign

JAKARTA - A series of K-pop artists voiced support for the #StopAsianHate campaign on Wednesday, March 17, through their social media. This campaign has the meaning of 'stop Hatred for Asians'.

CL, Tablo of Epik High, Eric Nam, Jay Park, and several other K-pop singers joined the campaign after the shooting in Atlanta, Georgia on March 16. It is known that the attacks were carried out on three business areas in which six of the eight victims were Asian.

CL said, "We stand together. #StopAsianHate." The tweet was liked by more than 100 thousand users.

Jay Park wrote, “#StopAsianHate is very simple” in his tweet which was retweeted by more than 11 thousand users.

These public figures share donation links for communities and businesses from Asian people in the United States.

Apart from the four musicians, there were singers pH-1, AleXa, P1Harmony, BM KARD, and Ashley Choi who shared the same photo via Instagram Story.

Not only musicians from Asia, artists like John Legend, Jessica Chastain, Simple Plan, Katy Perry also voiced about this campaign.
