NewJeans Don't Receive Gifts And Fan Letters At Airports, Here's How To Send The Right One

JAKARTA - Since their debut in 2022, the K-pop group NewJeans has been very popular with fans from various circles. Their presence is always warmly welcomed every time they come to an event or at the airport.

It turns out that it is starting to have potential for members. The agency that oversees NewJeans, ADOR released a statement so that fans are not allowed to provide letters or gifts when members are at the airport.

Today, Friday, April 5, ADOR released a statement entitled 'Information How To Send Fan Letter To NewJeans (Not Giving Letter At Airport)

"Hello, this is ADOR. We want to thank fans who give love and support to NewJeans. Many dangerous events have occurred recently when NewJeans' return and departure, including large crowds at the airport," ADOR wrote in English.

Giving gifts or letters during situations with busy traffic has the potential to cause dangerous events that require extra attention. Therefore, we want to inform you, fan letters can only be sent via certain methods," he continued.

They make this rule because the airport situation is often crowded so that NewJeans members will complicate the situation if they stop for a moment.

NewJeans did not receive any gifts, including a form of (physical) support, and fan letters were only received through PO Box or NewJeans fan club management during music shows or fan signs," they said again.

Keep in mind, giving gifts or letters at unofficial locations or sent with no procedures will not be accepted. We hope you understand and cooperate for the safety of fans and NewJeans," ADOR continued.

Instead of banning it, the agency advises fans to provide letters in official activities that have been regulated procedures.

"ADOR will continue to create fan culture and maintain the rights and comfort of our artist, thank you," concluded the agency.

NewJeans are planning a comeback on May 24. They also held their first fan meeting titled Bunnies Camp at Tokyo Dome in June.

It doesn't stop there, NewJeans will be on a world tour starting 2025.
