JAKARTA - Artist Tsania Marwah has been struggling to meet her two children, Syarif Muhammad Fajri and Aisyah Shabira, who were allegedly forcibly taken by her ex-husband, Atalarik Syach.

Even though Tsania has legally legalized custody of her two children after the divorce. Tsania Marwa won child custody at the Cibinong Religious Court with decision number No.1042 / Pdt.G / 2019.

Then Tsania Marwa also won child custody at the West Java Religious High Court with decision number No.292/Pdt.G/2019. He was also decided as a child custody holder in cassation with decision number Number 361/K/AG/2020.

Then also in Review (PK) with decision number No.95/Ag/2021.

Now the case has been raised to the Constitutional Court and he is trusted to be a witness in the case of forced child taking. He said he was grateful that this case could reach the Constitutional Court.

"Obviously I never imagined that my child custody case would be this far. But I thought maybe this is a destiny that I must live, God's way," said Tsania Marwah at the Constitutional Court, Central Jakarta, Monday, March 18.

The reason is, according to Tsania, the case of forced retrieval of children is like the case of an iceberg that on the surface looks small but it turns out that there is a big impact.

"This is the time for us to move, and maybe I am a public figure who has friends from the media, who gives me great attention. I made this a place for us to voice, because this is indeed a phenomenon that is really like an iceberg, which looks a little bit, but it turns out that there are a lot of underneath," he explained.
