Agreement Reached In James Franco's Sexual Offenses Case

JAKARTA - An agreement has been reached between James Franco and former students of his acting school in Los Angeles. The students accused Franco of sexual harassment.

According to the accusers, the actor intimidated them into having an explicit sex scene during his training shoot at his Studio 4 academy.

A former Studio 4 student said Franco tries to target young women for personal and professional sexual exploitation in the name of education.

Franco's lawyers have spent months refuting the claim and now a settlement has been reached on both sides.

Details of the settlement have not been disclosed, but there is speculation about financial compensation.

Franco is known for his work with Seth Rogen, including in films such as Sausage Party, The Interview and This Is The End.

He has also directed several films of his own, including The Disaster Artist, Sal and Zeroville, which also starred Rogen.

Franco was nominated for best actor at the 2011 Oscars, for his lead role in 127 Hours, directed by Danny Boyle.
