Airing December 7, Future Home Films Laura Basuki And Fedi Nuril Give A Story That Warms The Family

JAKARTA - Future House films will be showing in cinemas throughout Indonesia starting on December 7, 2023. Ahead of its broadcast, Mizan Pictures and Max Pictures production house held a premiere gala for the film Rumah Masa Depan at Cinepolis Senayan Park, on Saturday, December 2.

The film, which was adapted from the legendary 1980s television series, was directed by Danial Rifky and starred Ferdi Nuril and Laura Basuki.

This film tells the story of the Sukri family (Fedi Nuril) and Surti (Laura Basuki) who return to their hometown in Cibeureum, West Java, for a vacation. There, they had to face conflict between their mother-in-law (Widyawati) and their son-in-law. In addition, this film is also peppered with light comedy.

In the gala premiere, the cast and crew of the film House of the Future were present, including Ferdi Nuril, Laura Basuki, Widyawati, Bima Azriel, Ciara Brosnan, and Danial Rifky. They were greeted enthusiastically by the invited guests who attended.

Receiving support from various parties, producer Mizan Pictures hopes that the film Rumah Masa Depan will continue. "Hopefully there will be a sequel. I also thank the entire Sumedang government, who has supported the shooting process of this film," said Putut Widjanarko.

Fedi Nuril said that he was happy to be involved in the film Rumah Masa Depan. According to him, this film made him leave the image of polygamy. "I am happy to be involved in this film because the story is interesting and relevant to the life of the Indonesian people. Conflict between in-laws and in-laws is a conflict that is common in the family. Don't worry, I'm not polygamous here," said Ferdi Nuril.

Laura Basuki also expressed her joy to be able to play in the film House of the Future. According to her, this film is a good opportunity for her to show her acting skills.

"I'm happy to be able to play in this film. Because I miss getting a warming role like this. I'm also happy to be working with great actors like Ferdi Nuril and Widyawati," said Laura Basuki.
