Mustache Oppie: Even Without COVID-19, Keeping Clean Is Mandatory 3M

JAKARTA - Comedian Oppie Kumis invites all people to continue implementing 3M discipline: washing hands, wearing masks, and maintaining distance. According to him, this good habit should have been carried out every day, whether there is a COVID-19 pandemic or not.

"We must always adhere to the 3M protocol, in the discipline of washing hands, wearing masks, and keeping our distance. Cleanliness does not have to wait for COVID-19 to come. We must keep clean, we go home and also have to clean, shower, change clothes, "he said when met in the Mampang Prapatan area some time ago.

The COVID-19 pandemic, he continued, had disrupted all of his activities. "Obviously disturbed, all our programs that invite the crowd must be stopped. Filming of soap operas is not as comfortable as it used to be," he said.

Even so, Oppie doesn't want to complain about this pandemic condition. "Indeed, this is the time God gives us thanks," he said.

Staying active outside during a pandemic, Oppie insisted on being obedient to 3M. "It has reached more than one million, we must be more vigilant. If it is not guarded, it can break the record continuously. Hopefully it will pass quickly," he hoped.

Apart from the 3M prokes, Oppie admits that he always maintains immunity so that he doesn't drop easily. "Like it or not, we must and must maintain health protocols. Adequate rest, relax thinking. We should not worry too much about immunity. If the immune system drops, the disease is easy to drop," he said.
