Feeling Never Making A Salah Statement, Marissya Icha Refuses To Fulfill Rizky Pahlevi's Summons

JAKARTA - Marissya Icha became the figure who recently talked a lot about exciting videos similar to Rebecca Klopper. He even had time to reveal what had happened to the actress since last year due to the exciting video.

However, Icha's statement that dragged Rizky Pahlevi's name, Rebecca Klopper's ex-lover, ended up being unpleasant. Rizky through his attorney sent a subpoena against Rebecca Klopper's friend.

Rizky Pahlevi, who is suspected of being the male actor in the video, made a clarification. Sugeng Teguh Santoso as Rizky Pahlevi's attorney denied the accusations circulating that his client was the person who distributed the exciting video. Rebecca Klopper's ex-kasih is also ready to be questioned by the police.

"I once interviewed him (Rizky Pahlevi). It was found out that he was not the one who spread it. Later if he is questioned by the police, he will definitely come," said Sugeng Teguh Santoso to the media crew at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, May 29.

Sugeng also expressed his objection to the statement made by one of Rebecca Klopper's best friends, Marissya Icha. The attorney on behalf of his client also sent a summons.

"Marissya Icha, I will wait 3x24 hours. If you don't respond, I will ask my client whether legal action is taken or not," said Sugeng.

Contacted separately by Icha, until now feels that what he has stated to the media crew so far has nothing wrong. He has no intention of rectifying anything from what he has ever said.

Regarding the summons from Rizky Pahlevi who demanded an apology, Icha responded casually. He said that if he had received the summons, he did not intend to apologize and withdraw his words, as requested in the summons.

"Yes, please (don't fulfill the request in Rizal Pahlevi's summons)," said Marissya Icha via text message to VOI, Tuesday, May 30 evening.

On a different occasion, Icha, who insisted on not apologizing to Rizky, said that he was ready to take all the risks. In fact, he invited his friend's ex-lover to take legal steps.

"We provide the widest possible way if we want to proceed from a legal point of view," said Icha in Senayan, South Jakarta on Monday, May 29 evening.

Furthermore, Icha did not object to what Rizky Pahlevi stated. He believes that it is the authorities who will be able to reveal what really happened.

"That's what he said, he felt he was right. It's true or not later from the police. Because I want to say no, it turns out to be there. Yes, yes, so just continue," said Marissya Icha.

"How will the police judge it all later. So, the police report is already running, meaning that if we talk about the RK case the police report is already running, let it run," he concluded.
