Mediation Failed, Tamara Bleszynski With Her Sister Did Not Agree To Make Peace

JAKARTA - The mediation between Tamara Bkeszynski and her brother, Ryszard Brlszynski, failed to be achieved. That way, the lawsuit against Tamara at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) will continue.

Djohansyah as Tamara's attorney said that today's mediation hearing, Monday, April 10, lasted for approximately an hour. He said that mediation in the courtroom was tough with Ryszard as the plaintiff demanding an agreed nominal.

"Talks are quite tough, basically the sue party asks to match the value, while Tamara wants it, so then we will pay the hotel for it, after deducting Tamara's part," said Djohansyah.

"It's very simple, the mediator judge also said that normative, right, because hotels don't have other people, this hotel has sick parties, namely their father," he continued.

Furthermore, Djohansyah said that his client's opponents also demanded interest payments from the nominal agreed since 2001.

"The plaintiff has said that the flowers will still be paid. Because according to him, if this is placed in a deposit, how much has it been," he said.

Meanwhile, Tamara stated that she was ready to pay the agreed nominal. However, he refused to pay interest.

"I'll pay it, I'll say that. But for me, I don't want to have to be interest, interest, flowers," said Tamara.

For information, Ryszard Bleszynski sued Tamara for Rp34 billion. Tamara is said to have failed to fulfill the agreement to pay her father's medical expenses in 2001.
