Together Separated, Venna Melinda's Lawsuit Was Unified With Tarak Cerai Ferry Irawan

JAKARTA - Ferry Irawan and Venna Melinda both filed for divorce from the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on February 7, 2023, in which Ferry filed for divorce and Venna filed for divorce.

Ferry Irawan's case number is registered with number 595 / pdtg / 2023 / PJS. Meanwhile, Venna is registered with number 600 / pdtg / 2023 / PJS.

At Ferry's inaugural divorce trial at PA South Jakarta, Sunan Kalijaga as the attorney said that the panel of judges had determined that what would be running was divorce from his client.

"Alhamdulillah, the panel of judges has conveyed the applicable rules, that the panel of judges agreed to follow the rules, namely case number 595 because we registered first, so the case number 600 should follow," said Sunan Kalijaga at PA South Jakarta on Thursday, February 16, 2023.

"This means that it was agreed by the panel of judges that at this time we as applicants, were postponed for one week and may fall on February 23, 2023 and the case will be unified," he continued.

On a different occasion, Hotman Paris Hutapea as Venna Melinda's attorney once stated that his client had no problem who filed for divorce. For him, especially those who are divorced and the legal process for alleged domestic violence, must continue.

"Venna said 'I don't care, am I really going to divorce, so who cares?'," said Hotman some time ago.

For information, Venna Melinda and her attorney chose not to attend the first trial of divorce. Until now, Venna has not confirmed her absence.
