Getting To Know BH Entertainment, The Agency That Offered GOT7's Jinyoung A Contract

JAKARTA - Said BH Entertainment and Jinyoung GOT7 to be trending today, December 23. Jinyoung is reportedly in talks with a new agency amidst GOT7's exclusive contract due to be completed in 2021.

BH Entertainment is an agency that houses actors and actresses in the South Korean industry. The agency was founded by veteran actor Lee Byung Hun in 2006 and has expanded into international markets by working with Sony Pictures and Hakuhodo.

In 2018, BH Entertainment received investment from the Kakao M company to strengthen actors and actresses as well as spread globally.

Apart from Lee Byung Hun, BH Entertainment also houses actors and actresses namely Han Ga In, Lee Jin Wook, Kim Yong Ji, Kim Go Eun, Park Bo Young, Karata Erika, E Jiah, Park Sung Hoon.

Then Lee Hee Jun, Han Ji Min, Jung Woo, Jin Goo, Yoo Ji Tae, Jo Bok Rae, Go Soo, Joo Jong Hyuk, Kim Hyu Jeon, Han Hyo Joo, Choo Ja Hyun, Sean Richard, Park Hae Soo, and Ahn So Hee.

Actors and actresses from BH Entertainment are known for their quality acting which has penetrated the international market, one of which is Kim Go Eun who was invited to attend the Cannes Film Festival because of her participation in Coin Locker Girl.

BH Entertainment is also working on an adaptation of the Netflix series, Money Heist, into a Korean drama.

Meanwhile JYP Entertainment as Jinyoung's agency stated they were discussing the possibility of contract extension from various points of view.
