Found In Bathtub, Actor Salparo Sato Dies

JAKARTA - Japanese actor Salparo Sato passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022. He died in Tokyo and was confirmed by the police.

Citing Nikkei, the actor was found in the bathtub at his residence in Setagaya in an unconscious condition. However, the child who went to Salparo's house on Saturday, December 10.

Then the Tokyo Police confirmed that Salparo Sato died at home where he lived alone. He is thought to have died of heart failure but so far nothing has been confirmed.

Salapro Sato died in good health with a normal physique. Salapro Sato was born by the name Tadakazu Sato in Osaka. He joined the theater group in 1953 and began his career as an actor.

He started his career as a supporting actor through the film Akudo in 1966 as Makak. Since then he has started playing in a number of films and dramas.

One of those who raised his name when he played Genko through the drama Otoko wa Tsurai yo (It's Tough Being a Man) in 1969. His character who has wavy hair and mustache is loved by the audience.

His last acting project was Pareto no Gosan - Kesuwaka Satsujin Jiken and the film The Voice of Sin in 2020. Salaro Sato died at the age of 78.
