OnlyFans Star Was Deported After Doing Revenge Porn On Former Same-sex Couples

JAKARTA - OnlyFans star Fabricio Da Silva Claudino was deported from Australia to his native Brazil after posting his ex-girlfriend's revenge porn on the adult site.

Revenge porn is a term in Australia which means the perpetrator's deliberate distribution of vulgar photos for "revenge" motives.

The former steward, living in Sydney, secretly recorded consensual sex with a former same-sex partner on his iPhone.

The couple met in Brazil and lived together for five months, but after they broke up, Da Silva Claudino lived in Australia and supported herself through OnlyFans and worked as a nude model.

In July 2019, he uploaded a four-minute video - as well as some nude pictures of his partner - to OnlyFans, where he has 130,000 followers, according to News Colony.

Da Silva Claudino confirmed that his former colleagues had approved the video to be recorded and uploaded to OnlyFans, but court documents stated: “The victim was clearly unaware this activity was being recorded. (He) is depicted on the tape (being) prone.

“The defendant positioned the cellphone to the mirror where his face was depicted. For no reason, the victim allowed the defendant to take this recording. "

In February this year, Da Silva Claudino pleaded guilty to charges of revenge porn, otherwise known as image-based abuse offenses, and was jailed.

Last week, a judge at Sydney Central Local Court sentenced Da Silva Claudino to 11 months in prison, including a period of seven months without parole. Since he has served seven months, he will now be deported to his home country, Brazil.
