Will Filming In Kalimantan, Isyana Sarasvati Feeling Favorite To Join In Sherina's Adventure 2

JAKARTA - Sherina 2's Adventure Film will take place in the forest of Kalimantan. Film producer Mira Lesmana and director Riri Riza said they wanted to create an adventure-themed story that required the characters in it to enter the forest. After discussing with Riri, the forest in Kalimantan was finally selected.

"Because we have made many documentaries in Kalimantan but have never made story films in Kalimantan," Mira said as quoted by ANTARA.

After exploring various areas in Kalimantan, namely the eastern and central regions, he and Riri finally chose Central Kalimantan. He said Miles Filem in collaboration with Base Entertainment would start filming in the area next week.

Apart from Sherina Munaf and Derby Romero, there were also singer Isyana Sarasvati, Kelly Tandiono, Chandra Satria, comedian Ardhit Erwanda, Randy Danistha and new star Quinn Salman who joined the film Adventure Sherina 2.

Isyana Sarasvati said she was honored to be one of the figures who joined the ranks of the film's Adventure Sherina 2 with Sherina Munaf and Derby Romero. "I grew up with the film 'Petualgan Sherina'. What used to be a connoisseur, is now a part. This is an honor that I can't refuse either," he explained.

When asked what kind of character or character he will be, Isyana is not pleased to reveal it now. He only said the character would be adorable. "Be a character that we can't spill yet, but adorable. Packaging is ambiguous to be positive or negative. Wait," he said.

Isyana hopes that the audience will be able to reminisce through the film Adventure Sherina 2 and the message from the production team can be conveyed to the audience.

"Hopefully when we watch we can feel nostalgic again. What the team has prepared can all be conveyed to the audience later. Anyway, it's really cool," said Isyana, who emphasized that the haircut in the film would not be like in the press conference at that time.
