Rizky Billar Will Be Difficult To Prevent, Metro Police Already CCTV At Lesti Kejora House

JAKARTA - Rizky Billar is scheduled to be questioned by investigators from the Polda Metro Jaya on Thursday, October 6. After Rizky, the police will examine one household assistant and security at Lesti-Rizky's house as a witness on Friday, October 7.

"Investigators have also secured other evidence that can support it, including CCTV in the house," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 4.

Zulpan said investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police who handled the domestic violence case had held a crime scene (TKP) on Monday, October 3.

However, Zulpan is not willing to provide further information regarding what the findings in the crime scene were due to the ongoing legal process.

"Later, investigators will report it, what is clear is that on Monday, investigators have come there, to the crime scene, have taken some information from those who saw what happened," he said.

The middle-ranking officer of the Polda Metro Jaya said the police would hold a follow-up crime scene, but could not confirm when the crime scene would be carried out.

He said it would be done after all parties with interests and involvement in the case had been questioned.

"It will be done again when we have checked all those with interest," he said.

KDRT Chronology

The middle-ranking officer of the Polda Metro Jaya said the police had asked Lesti for information as a victim witness.

The case of violence experienced by Lesti Kejora occurred on September 28, 2022, at 01.51 WIB in the morning at their second home in Cilandak, South Jakarta.

At that time Rizky committed physical violence by pushing and slamming the victim into the bed and strangling the victim's neck so that he fell to the floor.

The domestic violence was repeated again at 09.47 WIB. At that time Rizky pulled the victim's hand towards the bathroom, then slammed the victim to the floor and was carried out repeatedly.

As a result of the incident, Lesti Kejora then reported the incident to the police and had to receive medical treatment at the hospital and now Lesti has been allowed to go home to rest and recover.
