JAKARTA - Netflix shared the latest news from the Money Heist universe. The spin-off series titled Berlin is confirmed to be starting production this year.
Berlin is a spin-off of the phenomenal Money Heist series, following various extraordinary robberies by the character played by Pedro Alonso.
"We can't talk about this (Berlin) but we make sure it's writing good and I believe we're making an important Berlin series for us," creator Esther MartGGez Lobato said at a press conference on Wednesday, September 28.
"We are also still shooting so we don't know what happened," said Alex Pina.
Netflix also announced a number of confirmed actors and actresses joining the production of the Berlin series. In addition to Pedro Alonso, there are Michelle Jenner, Tristán Ullua, Bego servicajman, Julio fernández and Joel Sánchez.

Berlin will tell the journey of the main character committing the robbery before carrying out a major mission in the Money Heist series. He gathered several new members for the same purpose.
