JAKARTA - Keeping his promise to release one song per month, Will Mara released his third single, Safe Flight, this August.

With a bright musical color, this new song tells the story of someone who is waiting for the return of his lover from traveling.

The word 'safe flight' that people usually say before flying is used as an expression of love.

In this single, Will uses many voices that sound familiar on a plane.

The “ding” sound that is usually played before announcements at the airport or airplane is heard throughout this indie pop song, along with the sound of aircraft engines combined with upbeat and cheerful drums and bass sounds.

“Indeed, the idea for this song was created when I was at the airport and heard the announcement there. I immediately tried to record the sound of the announcement and was inspired to make a song about people who return home and to their lovers after traveling out of town or country," said Will Mara in a statement received by the editorial desk.

"The essence of this song is to tell the beauty of being reunited, or being reunited," he continued.

Safe Flight can be heard on all digital streaming platforms (SDPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, JOOX and Resso said.
