Reported By Razman Arif To The North Sumatra Police, Uya Kuya: Very Far

JAKARTA - Razman Arif Nasution reported Uya Kuya on suspicion of defamation to the North Sumatra Police. This case is the aftermath of the conflict between the two over Medina Zein.

Hearing this, Uya Kuya said he was relaxed. He believes that every citizen has the right to report. "Reported huh? Yes, every citizen has the right to report, yes, "said Uya Kuya quoting the Intensive Investigation.

"Gini. It was reported because of the ITE Law, right? This means that there must be a summons first. But until now, I have not received a subpoena," continued Uya.

Apart from that, Uya Kuya was confused as to why he was reported to the North Sumatra Police while the incident was suspected in Jakarta.

"Reported in Medan, it's really far away. The report for Locus delicti is in Jakarta, the podcast is in Jakarta, why are you going all the way to Medan?” asked Uya Kuya.

“In law, there is a low cost basis, efficiency and so on. He said he said the case was not brought to Jakarta, which means he ordered the National Police Headquarters," said Uya Kuya.

He was also confused as to why Razman could give orders to the police. Regardless, he believes the police can clearly see this case.

"But I believe the National Police are all precise," he replied casually.

Previously, Uya Kuya was reported by Razman Arif Nasution on suspicion of defamation. The presenter was asked to apologize to Razman within four days but Uya Kuya did not.
