Rhea Chakraborty Opens Yoga Class For 28 Days In Prison

JAKARTA - Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer, Satish Maneshinde, revealed how Rhea Chakraborty spent her days in prison.

Rhea was granted bail on Wednesday, October 7 after being arrested on drug-related charges in the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. He was parole after 28 days in Byculla Prison.

The court gave Rhea a bail but with strict conditions. He is required to report daily for 10 days to the Mumbai Police and before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) once a month for the following six months.

According to the Hindustan Times on Thursday, Maneshinde in an interview called Rhea a 'Bengal tigress', and said she would 'fight back' to restore her tarnished image.

He said that Rhea tried to stay positive while in jail.

Maneshinde said in an interview with NDTV, "I personally went to prison to see clients for years, because he (Rhea) was being hunted, and I wanted to see his condition."

"I was fortunate to see him in good spirits. He kept himself in prison. He used to hold yoga classes for other prisoners. He is adjusting to prison, because he cannot get home food due to the pandemic, and he lives with the inmates as if he is an ordinary person.

"Being an army girl, she fights in battle-like conditions, and she is ready to face anyone who tries to accuse her and harm her interests."

Maneshinde said that Sushant Singh Rajput's family had a deep grudge against his client. Rhea is accused by Sushant's father, in an FIR (preliminary informational report) supported by his family, of conspiring in the late actor's suicide attempt and misusing his money.

“The reason he was being hunted, was only because his family was after him. I don't know for what reason, the family seems very vengeful as far as Rhea Chakraborty is concerned, "he said.
