Sushant Rajput's Friend Denies That Rhea Chakraborty Was At The Crime Scene On The Night Before Her Friend's Death

JAKARTA - After it was reported that Sushant Singh Rajput met his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty on June 13, the night before his mysterious death, Sushant's close friend and flatmate, Siddharth Pithani, denied the news.

Sushant was found dead at his Mumbai home on the afternoon of June 14. The case is currently being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation while the Directorate of Enforcement and the Narcotics Control Bureau have also launched parallel investigations.

Rhea previously said that she last spoke to Sushant on June 8th, after which they had an argument and she blocked him on WhatsApp. However, a new report quotes BJP party leader Vivekanand Gupta as saying that an eye witness saw Sushant driving Rhea home on the night of June 13, between 2 and 3 a.m.

The report also claims that a "great politician" was celebrating his birthday that evening.

Siddharth, who is currently at his family residence in Hyderabad, told Times Now the news was fake and there was no meeting between Sushant and Rhea on the night of June 13.

On Thursday, Sushant's sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, shared a report about her alleged meeting with Rhea on June 13 and wrote on Instagram, “This is truly Breaking News in every way, a game changer! In a press conference last August, the Mumbai Police Commissioner said that no party was being held at Sushant's house on June 13, contrary to reports. He also said that no names of politicians had come up during the investigation.

"There is no evidence against politicians from any party," he said.

Sushant's death has been linked to his former manager, Disha Salian, who allegedly died of suicide on June 8. A party was held at the house of her fiancé, Rohan Rai, on the night of his death.

"A party was held the night before [his death] at the residence of Disha Salian's fiancé. He committed suicide at 3 am, it was verified by CCTV footage that has been analyzed. Five people were present at the party including Disha's fiancé. there are political leaders, ”said the commissioner.
