Raisa Reveals Hamish Daud's Support For The Album It's Personal

JAKARTA - Singer Raisa is back with her latest album, It's Personal. This album is her first full-length work after becoming a mother. Raisa also expressed her husband, actor Hamish Daud's support for this album.

Both Raisa and Hamish Daud are closed from the public regarding their household. But Raisa believes their relationship is fine considering Hamish was the first to hear the album.

"Support in a way that definitely cheers me up when I'm recording. When I come home, he always hears the song I just recorded for the first time," Raisa said in Jakarta on Thursday, March 17.

"Yes, it might be said that the world is very different, so I can explain in length and width," Raisa said.

The Simple Love singer also said that he often practiced talking about songs with Hamish Daud. This is done so that he is fluent when discussing songs in public later.

"The two of them really peeled this song about this, this, imagine you like this, like this, so he was like a training ground for me to discuss songs, so it was really fun," he continued.

"And when I'm in the studio, I don't ask, 'Why did it take so long to record?'

Raisa feels lucky because her husband understands her passion and longing to sing. All the outpouring of the heart was contained in the album It's Personal which was released on the same day.

"He really knows that it's my passion to sing and maybe I haven't been able to perform in the last two years, then something was missing from me because I couldn't meet a real audience. So I put it all into my work, put it all on the record," Raisa said.
