Susumbar's Lawyer Ready To Move Vanessa Angel's Tomb, In Fact The Officer Could Not Receive A Letter From Doddy Sudrajat

JAKARTA - The father of the late Vanessa Angel, Doddy Sudrajat, will realize the plan to move the daughter's grave after 100 days. This plan has been echoed for a long time even shortly after the funeral procession.

"Everything related to licensing administration of all kinds has been (taken care of), everything has been done. It's just a matter of moving it," said Djamaluddin, lawyer for Doddy Sudrajat, Sunday, February 6.

"This is not about insisting, not about Mr. Doddy either. This is about a big family, and about a message from the deceased that if one day he is no longer around, he wants to share the grave with his late mother. That is a message, a will, and we have to carry it out. ," he continued.

Djamaluddin said the opportunity to move Vanessa Angel's grave was done after 100 days after the deceased was buried on November 4, 2021, or which should have fallen around February 12, 2022.

Doddy intends to move Vanessa's grave next to his biological mother's grave. This has been heard by the cemetery officials, but it turns out that until now no official letter has been given.

“There are no orders or information yet. Mr. Doddy's family has not yet informed the grave administrator," said Sardi, Vanessa Angel's grave keeper.

H. Faisal also had time to ask Sardi to guard Vanessa's grave because it was reported that the tomb was immediately moved by Doddy.

"They were told to guard the tomb because they said Doddy's family would come on the 12th," said Sardi.

Sardi explained that the transfer of graves must be done administratively to the Chairman of the Cemetery Management. After receiving a new agreement, the transfer can be carried out.

“Until now, Mr. Doddy has never submitted a request until now, you know. Never met either. Even the head of the cemetery management has never met Mr. Doddy," he said.

Previously, Doddy said he was worried that the graves of Aunt Ardiansyah and Vanessa were waqf land and were located on the side of the road. He was afraid that one day their graves could be evicted due to road expansion.
