Crying In Front Of The Camera, Adele Announces Las Vegas Concert Canceled Due To COVID-19

JAKARTA - Singer Adele shared unpleasant news. A series of scheduled residency concerts in Las Vegas were canceled due to the pandemic.

He explained that some of his crew had been exposed to COVID-19, so he inevitably had to postpone the concert.

Adele announced the news through her social media accounts. He was seen crying while apologizing to fans who had bought tickets.

“Hello, listen, I'm sorry, my concert isn't ready yet. We've tried various ways to make sure it's on schedule and puts on a good show for you guys," Adele said on Friday, January 21.

“But we really had delays and COVID-19, part of my crew and team was exposed and it felt impossible to continue the show. I asked for this to happen suddenly," Adele said.

Adele felt annoyed and embarrassed because fans who had bought tickets failed to see the idol's appearance with her new album.

“We've been looking for 30 hours and still running out of time. I was very upset, embarrassed, and sorry to all who came. I'm really sorry," Adele concluded.

Adele plans to schedule a concert date while waiting for her team's condition to improve. Adele's post received support from fans and fellow musicians.

Singer Pink wrote, "It's a shame I've felt it. The pressure is wide and I support you. The show will be amazing when it happens.

Adele was scheduled to start her Las Vegas residency concert today, January 21, 2022 but ahead of the event, she canceled the event due to COVID-19.
