Equalizer 3 Screenplay Completed, Denzel Washington Ready To Beat People Again

JAKARTA - Denzel Washington revealed that the Equalizer 3 film has been written. This film will continue the adventures of Washington as Robert McCall.

Finally, Antoine Fuqua's Equalizer 2 was released in 2018. Washington stars as Robert McCall who plays a former Marine and has special operations.

"They've written a third 'Equalizer,' so I've been scheduled to do it," Washington said.

"So I have to get fit and start beating people again. I can hit people again. In 'The Tragedy Of Macbeth' I beat and beat up a few people, nothing better right?" he continued.

Quoted from ANTARA, Antoine Fuqua is in the process of making a deal to return to the franchise after directing the first two Equalizer films.

He is currently working with Will Smith on Apple TV+ on a film about runaway slaves called Emancipation.

The Equalizer was first released in 2014 based on the 1980s TV show. This film shows Robert McCall who uses violence to protect teenage prostitute, Teri (Chloe Grace Moretz).

Equalizer 2 was then released four years later. The film tells the story of McCall who seeks revenge for the murder of his close friend, Susan Plummer (Melissa Leo). Denzel Washington's latest film, The Tragedy Of Macbeth, features him as Macbeth alongside Frances McDormand as Lady Macbeth.
