JAKARTA - Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri collided through the latest Korean drama titled Twenty Five Twenty One. This romance story depicts the life transitions of two men and women from adolescence to adulthood.
Twenty Five Twenty One tells the story of Baek Yi Jin (Nam Joo Hyuk) who lost everything during the 1998 Asian Economic Crisis. Na Hee Do (Kim Tae Ri), is a fencer who becomes Baek Yi Jin's best friend.
The first teaser released on Thursday, January 13th featured Baek Yi Jin and Na Hee Do meeting as they grew older. Meeting at the age of 22 and 18, they became friends and loved each other.
When they were 23 and 19, they let each other down. Likewise, when they met again at the age of 25 and 21, Baek Yi Jin and Na Hee Do began to fall in love.
Their meeting became even more romantic, accompanied by songs 25, 21 from Jaurim which flowed sweetly throughout the teaser. Twenty Five Twenty One will present the story of romance and human life growing up. The released poster also shows Baek Yi Jin and Na Hee Do with things they enjoy.
Twenty Five Twenty One was written by Kwon Doe Un who worked on Search: WWW while this drama was directed by Jung Ji Hyun who worked on The King: Eternal Monarch.
Besides Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri, this drama also stars Kim Bona, Choi Hyun Wook, Lee Joo Myung, Kim Young Sun, Seo Jae Hee, and Kim Hye Eun.
