JAKARTA - Vanessa Angel's father had to swallow another bitter pill. After Sunan Kalijaga met with Faisal's family, the lawsuit filed by Doddy Sudrajat regarding the Guardianship Rights of Gala Sky and Vanessa Angel's heirs was rejected by the Central Jakarta Religious Court (PA).

The rejection was expressed directly by the Public Relations of the Central Jakarta Religious Court, Jajat Sudrajat. "We inform you that the application case filed by Doddy Sudrajat in the case of child guardianship on behalf of Gala Sky Andriansyah and the case for determining the heirs of Vanessa Adzania have been tried in an elite manner," said Jajat as quoted from Paragram Official, Monday, December 27.

Doddy Sudrajat as the applicant was not present at the Central Jakarta Religious Court. "So the parties are not present, the panel has read out the decision as we conveyed last week, the child guardianship case and the determination of the heirs are both declared unacceptable," he said.

Jajat gave reasons why the two applications submitted by Doddy Sudrajat were rejected. This is because the application had already been submitted by Aunt Andriansyah's father, Haji Faisal at the West Jakarta Religious Court.

"First, because the child's guardianship is being processed at the West Jakarta Religious Court. And the case is first entered in the West Jakarta Religious Court," he said.

In addition, the application for determination of heirs submitted by Doddy Sudrajat was also rejected. This is because Doddy does not yet have legal standing to represent Vanessa Angel.

"The case regarding the determination of the heirs, which proposes Doddy Sudrajat, the father of the late Vanessa Angel, is also at the same time asking for the determination of the heirs of the deceased for his son. Meanwhile, the applicant does not yet have legal standing to represent the child. Because the case is still being processed in West Jakarta," he continued. .
