Lukman Sardi's Son, Akiva Sardi Joins Acting Through The Theater Of Those Who Wait In Banda Neira

JAKARTA - The theatrical performance "Those Waiting in Banda Neira" is Akiva Sardi's debut. Previously, he had never had experience in the acting world even though his father Lukman Sardi was a well-known actor.

"This is my first time acting, I really have a hard time crying. I haven't found a way to cry and be angry," Akiva said, quoted from ANTARA, Friday, December 17.

However, Akiva felt grateful because there was an acting coach who helped him to cry naturally.

Akiva also shared another challenge in playing theater, namely dealing with anxiety on stage.

"The difficulty is to handle nervousness on stage and in front of the audience. But when I got on stage, when I was nervous, I immediately left, I felt really free, I really enjoyed it," said Akiva.

After the performance of "Those Who Wait in Banda Neira" ended, Akiva felt very happy and at the same time lucky to have such an extraordinary opportunity.

He also hopes that in the future he will have another opportunity to play in theater or in films. "I'm very happy, I really enjoy it and the opportunity is huge. I want to play another theater or film," said Akiva.
