The First Photos Of Harry Potter's 20 Years Reunion Are Finally Revealed

JAKARTA - The cast of Harry Potter will reunite in a special event produced by HBO Max entitled Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts.

Friday, December 9, HBO Max released its first photo featuring the three main Harry Potter characters: Rupert Grint, Daniel Radcliffe, and Emma Watson. They are seen sitting on a maroon sofa in the room.

The warm atmosphere was complemented by their smiles at each other. The trio got together to talk about the Harry Potter franchise that brought them to fame.

In addition to the three, several other Harry Potter actors and actresses are also scheduled to join this event, namely Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch , Matthew Lewis, and Evanna Lynch.

This special event was created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of the first Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone film.

"This retrospective is a tribute to everyone who was touched by this cultural phenomenon - from the talented crew and cast who poured their heart and soul into the franchise to the fans who brought Wizarding World to life 20 years later," said Warner Bros president Tom Ascheim.

On the other hand, it is not yet known whether JK Rowling will participate in this reunion considering she is the figure who made the world of Harry Potter.

Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will release on January 1, 2022 on HBO Max and HBO Go.
