Both Apply For Custody Of Gala, Vanessa Angel's Father And Bibi's Father

JAKARTA - Vanessa Angel's father and Bibi's father both filed for custody of their grandson. They filed in different religious courts so that it seemed like they were fighting over Gala's custody. Hearing the news, Doddy Sudrajat spoke up.

"Don't call it a fight. Please, it's not like that. This is because we have different domiciles in West Jakarta and South Jakarta, so we file a case in a different court according to our domicile," said Doddy Sudrajat when holding a press conference in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, Wednesday, 17 November.

As an orphan, Gala must receive legal certainty regarding his care. Vanessa Angel's father, Doddy Sudrajat, agreed that Bibi Andriansyah's family had filed for custody of Gala Sky to the Religious Court. According to Doddy, it was the best choice.

"It's okay for me, because it's not something strange, but it has to be like that," said Doddy Sudrajat.

According to Doddy Sudrajat, the court needs to be present to mediate as the party determining the custody of Gala Sky Ardiansyah. "So it must be determined by the court, which determines who the child's guardianship rights are," said Doddy Sudrajat.

"Who will the custody be, whether it's Bibi's family or Vanessa's family," said Doddy, continuing.

The families of Bibi Ardiansyah and Vanessa Angel have not yet decided on Gala's custody. So far, Gala is in the care of Bibi's sister, who has been close and continues to be with Gala.

Vanessa Angel's father claimed to have had discussions with Bibi Ardiansyah's family. "The discussion is with Bibi's family, but it's true that family also wants to take care of Gala, Bibi's family is like that too," he added.
