Suffering From Skin Cancer, Gordonegory Reminds The Importance Of Using Sunscreen

JAKARTA - A well-known Chef, Gordon Thirty, reportedly has skin cancer. This is known to the public through uploads on his Instagram, where he shared moments of having undergone surgery for skin cancer.

In the upload, you can see a photo of Gordonkerya's face partially covered by bandages. In another photo, the stitches are shown that stretch from the earprints to the top of his neck.

"Thankful and very grateful for the amazing team The Skin Associates, as well as their quick work in lifting carcinoma cells (cancers that appear in various areas, especially the skin). Thank you," wrote Gordoncheya in his uploaded statement, quoted on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Still in the same upload, Gordonkery also reminded the importance of using sunscreen or sunscreen in everyday life. Sunscreen functions as a skin shield from sun exposure which can be one of the causes of skin cancer.

"Don't forget to use your sunscreen," concluded Gordon Thirty.
