Together with Danantara, BTN Realizes the Dream of a Disabled Watchmaker to Own the First House in Palembang

JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) continues to expand access to home ownership for all levels of society as part of the Company's transformation in the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem. One of the beneficiaries is Suprati, a disabled person who works as a clock service technician in the West Ilir area, Palembang City. Thanks to the BTN Home Ownership Loan (KPR) facility, Suprati and his family have now managed to realize their dream of owning their own home after living in a rented house for years.

"Having my own house is my dream for a long time. I am grateful that BTN has given me the opportunity to make it happen. As a person with disabilities, I feel that I am treated equally and given the same opportunity to have a house. Hopefully more people can feel the benefits like I feel," said Suprati in Palembang, Wednesday, August 5.
