BP Tapera Records Distribution of FLPP Reaches 107,410 Units until July 21, 2026

JAKARTA - The People's Housing Savings Management Agency (BP Tapera) noted that the realization of the distribution of subsidized houses through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) program reached 107,410 housing units as of July 21, 2026.

BP Tapera Commissioner Heru Pudyo Nugroho said that the largest realization of the distribution of subsidized houses was carried out by the Association of All Indonesian Housing and Settlement Developers (Apersi) which reached 31,337 units of houses.

"Of this amount, Apersi became the developer association with the largest realization, namely 31,337 units or 29.18 percent of the total distribution of FLPP in 2026," said Heru in a written statement, Wednesday, July 22.

In the inauguration talkshow of the 2026-2031 Apersi Masa Bakti Central Board of Directors in Jakarta, Tuesday, July 21, Deputy Commissioner for the Utilization of Tapera Funds, Sid Herdi Kusuma, said that BP Tapera plays a role as a long-term cheap fund manager for sustainable housing financing.

"This role is very important in maintaining the sustainability of housing financing, so that low-income people (MBR) can obtain access to financing with affordable and sustainable interest rates," he said.

On a different occasion, the General Chairperson of the DPP Apersi Period 2026-2031 Deddy Indrasetiawan emphasized that his party would continue to be a strategic partner of the government in providing decent housing for the community as well as supporting various national housing development programs.

"Through closer collaboration between BP Tapera, the government, banks and Apersi, it is hoped that the distribution of housing financing for MBR will increase, so that the target of the 3 Million House Program can be achieved," he explained.

Meanwhile, Minister of Housing and Spatial Planning (PKP) Maruarar Sirait (Ara) said that the government continues to strengthen collaboration with all stakeholders in accelerating the provision of houses for MBR.

"We must work together so that more and more Indonesian people have decent homes," he concluded.
