JAKARTA - The Executive Chairman of MNC Group, Hary Tanoesoedibjo, opened his voice regarding the issue of his name entering the ranks of the 2024 presidential and vice-presidential candidates. The MNC Group boss explained his explanation in an upload to his Instagram account @hari.tanoesoedibjo.

"HOAX! I have no intention or discourse of entering the 2024 Presidential-Vice Presidential change. The related information is not true. This news is not true, I am currently focusing on the digital transformation of the MNC Group," said the man who is familiarly called HT, quoted on Saturday 12 June.

Hary explained that he wanted to focus on advancing Indonesia's digital economy. Previously, on Thursday, June 3, MNC Group launched the MotionBanking digital banking service application.

The launch was carried out 10 days after obtaining a digital onboarding permit from the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

PT MNC Teknologi Nusantara (MTN) has also rebranded its e-money, e-wallet, and digital transfer applications, previously known as SPIN, to MotionPay. The linkage of the two names is a strategic decision taken by MNC Kapital to maximize market penetration and promotion, in line with digital integration under BCAP.

MotionBanking and MotionPay are two leading digital products that will be the mainstay of the growth of MNC Kapital, a business group owned by Hary Tanoesoedibjo. He believes that MotionBanking will be able to gain success in the midst of a booming digital bank with the support of the integration of other units in the MNC Group.
