JAKARTA - Danantara continues to accelerate the integration of the management of state-owned enterprise assets (BUMN) as part of the transformation of the red plate companies. Until July 2026, around 240 BUMN entities have been consolidated.

The consolidation is carried out to build a more efficient, healthy company structure, and able to create added value for the national economy.

As part of these efforts, the Head of BP BUMN and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Danantara Dony Oskaria led an internal meeting to discuss the development of the merger of state-owned assets management.

The meeting aims to ensure that the asset integration process runs according to plan while strengthening the effectiveness of state-owned enterprise portfolio management. Discussions focused on the progress of asset management integration to be more efficient, coordinated, and able to optimize the sustainable use of SOEs assets.

Dony said that through increasingly integrated management, SOEs assets are expected to be used more productively, strengthening corporate governance, increasing operational efficiency, and creating greater economic value for the country.

"We want every state-owned assets to be managed as one big force, not going it alone. If the management is more integrated, the benefits will be much greater, both for the country, the business world, and the community," said Dony in an official statement, Friday, July 3.

Dony said that BP BUMN together with Danantara will continue to encourage the consolidation and optimization of asset management as part of the sustainable transformation of SOEs. This step is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of SOEs while increasing its contribution to national economic growth.

Through the integration of asset management, continued Dony, SOEs are targeted to be more efficient, have increasingly stronger governance, and be able to create sustainable added value for the country and the community.
