JAKARTA - Astra's dominance in the domestic automotive market is not yet complete. This is evidenced by the company's car sales share which remain high until the end of May 2026.

Based on data from the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Industry Association (Gaikindo), Astra recorded car sales in wholesales of 182,136 units during the first five months of 2026. This figure is equivalent to a market share of 51 percent of the total national car sales which reached 359,015 units.
