Tugu Insurance Subsidiary Earns Rp95.1 Billion in Profit in 2025, Up 13 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Pratama Mitra Sejati (Pratama), a subsidiary of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (TUGU) or Tugu Insurance, recorded positive performance throughout 2025.

The company recorded revenue and profit growth amid the economic challenges that still haunt the business world.

In the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held at Wisma Tugu Raden Saleh, Jakarta, management reported business revenue of IDR 443.8 billion, an increase of 3.68 percent compared to the previous year of IDR 428.1 billion.

Meanwhile, net profit was recorded at IDR 95.1 billion or grew 13.01 percent compared to the achievement of 2024 which was IDR 84.2 billion.

President Director of PT Pratama Mitra Sejati Quartantyo Wijanarko said that this growth was supported by the company's core business in the vehicle rental sector through the Tugu Rent brand and the management of office space through Wisma Tugu.

According to him, both business lines still show solid performance as the need for mobility and work space from the corporate and individual segments increases.

"Throughout 2025, in the midst of challenging macroeconomic dynamics, Pratama continues to show positive financial performance through operational strengthening and market expansion in the state-owned enterprises, BUMD, and multinational private companies segments," said Quartantyo.

In addition to recording performance growth, Pratama also obtained an idA/Stable rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo).

The ranking reflects the company's ability to meet its financial commitments and strong support from shareholders.

For this achievement, management stated its commitment to distributing dividends to shareholders.

Going forward, the Company will focus on strengthening risk management, improving service quality, and strengthening the company's brand to support sustainable business growth.
