JAKARTA - The Defend ID Maritime Industry Holding officially determined the latest composition of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of PT PAL Indonesia in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the 2025 Book Year held in Jakarta, Tuesday (26/05/2026).
In the decision made by PT LEN Industri (Persero) together with the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) as the holder of the Series B and Series A Dwiwarna shares, Dr. Kaharuddin Djenod, M.Eng was again entrusted to serve as President Director of PT PAL Indonesia.
"The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners who were appointed as referred to, at most until the closing of the fifth Annual General Meeting of Shareholders since the establishment of this decision," said President Director of PT LEN Industri, Prof. Joga Dharma Setiawan, Ph.D. when reading the decision letter.

Kaharuddin Djenod explained that this profit surge is the result of sustainable efficiency and acceleration of digitization across all operational lines. The modernization of facilities and the reorganization of workflows in the production sector have proven to drastically reduce working time.
"Currently we are able to produce 50 ship blocks per month and the working time in the dock has been reduced to six months from the previous two years," concluded Kaharuddin.
