JAKARTA - Bank Jakarta closed the XPORIA 2026 event by emphasizing its transformation direction which builds an integrated economic ecosystem that connects banking, business actors, and customers in one collaborative space.

The event, which was held at the Jakarta City Hall on April 20-23, 2026, was not just an exhibition. Bank Jakarta took advantage of the momentum to encourage direct transactions, expand the merchant network, and introduce digital financial services to a wider market, especially the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government's Civil Service (ASN).

Carrying the concept of an experience space, XPORIA presents various sectors in one location - from food and beverage, fashion, gold, property to automotive - which are designed to facilitate interaction between business actors and consumers.

Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H. Widodo said XPORIA is part of the company's major strategy in building economic connectivity.

"XPORIA is not just an exhibition, but an experience space that brings merchants, customers, and banking services together in one ecosystem. This is part of our commitment to building a more efficient and integrated economic connectivity," said Agus in his statement, Thursday, April 23.

Agus considered this approach important to increase customer engagement, especially ASN, through easier access to services and products that are relevant to the needs of urban communities.

"Through this event, we want to bring merchants and customers together so that they can transact more easily and efficiently. In the end, this will really move the wheels of the Jakarta economy," said Agus.

On the other hand, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government sees XPORIA as a positive signal for Bank Jakarta's position in the regional financial services industry.

Assistant for Economy and Finance of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary Suharini Eliawati assessed that the presence of various partners in the event showed an increase in confidence in Bank Jakarta.

"This is a positive step in strengthening the role of Bank Jakarta as a strategic partner of the regional government as well as a driver of the economic ecosystem," said Suharini.

Bank Jakarta also emphasizes that strengthening the ecosystem does not only stop at transactions, but includes the integration of financial services with digital technology.

Meanwhile, Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi emphasized that the direction of future development will focus on sustainable collaboration.

"In the future, we continue to encourage service innovation and expand collaboration to create a more inclusive and sustainable financial ecosystem," explained Arie.
