JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) or HK launched a Command Center and rebranding of the Hutama Karya Toll Road Management Application on Wednesday, April 22.

The company introduced a new identity for the toll road management application ecosystem and inaugurated the updated command center.

Hutama Karya officially introduced the new name of the application which was previously known as HK Toll Apps to Mozy. This name is a combination of the words move and easily which represents an application designed to support mobility in a more practical, comfortable and easy to use way anytime and anywhere.

The rebranding is part of the development of a more modern, integrated digital ecosystem and has a stronger affinity with users.

In addition to the main name Mozy, HK also introduced derivative identities in the application ecosystem, namely MozyTru for Single Lane Free Flow (SLFF) services or a contactless toll transaction system as well as MoVision for toll road operation and maintenance dashboards.

The presence of the new identity is expected to strengthen Hutama Karya's positioning as a modern, professional, and service-oriented toll road operator, while building a stronger, consistent, and easily recognizable toll road management line identity.

In line with this, Hutama Karya also strengthens the function of the Toll Road Management Command Center so that it can support the increasingly broad and dynamic operational monitoring needs.

With more optimal visualization capacity, it is expected that this facility will support real-time traffic monitoring and control as well as a representative space to receive visits, study visits, and benchmark activities from various parties.

Hutama Karya President Director Koentjoro said the transformation was part of the company's commitment to strengthening service quality and operational readiness amid the growth of the toll road network managed by the company.

"The update of the command center and the rebranding of the application is a continuation of the system that we have previously built, now with a more modern appearance, easy to access and more relevant to the operational and road user needs," said Koentjoro as quoted from a written statement, Thursday, April 23.

According to Koentjoro, the increase in toll roads managed by the company requires a management system that is more responsive, integrated and in line with technological developments.

"Through the inauguration of the Command Center and the rebranding of this application, Hutama Karya confirms its commitment to continue to provide reliable, modern and integrated toll road management as well as strengthening the service experience that is increasingly relevant to the development of toll road operations in Indonesia," he concluded.
